After Mechanical Engineering started working as a development engineer in CNC machine shop for two years from 2012 as Sales & Application Engineer for Mitsubishi Carbide. For the next two years climbed the corporate ladder at Tungaloy cutting Tools from Sales engineer to SR. Sales and application Engineer, for Sangli, Kolhapur, and Satara region Then founded Revolution Technologies in 2016 & TECHNOHAWKS PVT. LTD. in 2021.



Mr. Anand J. Gadgil
Bsc Physics
Technical Consultant

Started carrier in defense development project. Was associated in projects for MIG29, Prithvi II, Trishul Tracking system, Sangram Battle ship Radar tracking system. ALH scanner system and some other projects.

After that started freelancing design and project consultancy for various customers in various fields and acted as technical director / consultants for some of these firms.
